About sounds

Python does not support playing sounds natively

In order not to bring additionnal Python Libraries (and use only pure Python from Houdini), the Tricotools Tchat Addon calls the mplay binary which is amoung Houdini binaries.

NB: Depending on your OS and eventual security layers (Antivirus, etc) the binary call could either open a temporary console, or be simply blocked. Disable sound if behaviour is unstable.

Shortcuts

For resizing font the shortcut is SHIFT+S (in the context of the chat) Then move the mouse to resize, LEFT CLICK to validate, and RIGHT CLICK to cancel
